Working Title: The Living Find

Content:
Targeted to young adult readers. In post-WWIII America, with all religions banned, sixteen-year-old Terry and his two friends find a scrap of James chapter 4. As events seem to fulfill its message, the teens sense the presence of something other-worldly. Struggling to understand the mysterious words and the entity they proclaim, the teens initially accept the idea of God but want to know more. Their search takes them through dangerous adventures to a gentle old man and a musty cellar. There, they learn of the God-Man who died in their place. A twist in the plot returns them to Terry's home where someone is hiding. In the climatic ending, one of their friends is taken to prison and almost certain death. Terry's mother is threatened with jail time, and the teens must decide whether or not to trust in the God-Man as their Master, Savior, and Friend. The novel reads more like historical fiction in a not-too-distant future than sci-fi or fantasy, but it has elements of these.

Working Title: Talking Back to God: Prayerful Meditations

Content:
Talking Back to God is a book of daily prayers, each a response to something Jesus said. In addition to 366 days, there are nine additional prayers, eight appropriate to Holy Week and one for Thanksgiving. The prayers were written over a span of 30 years, and often take the form of meditations. They reflect many themes and moods, some being joyful, some sad, some containing humor, some blunt and others lyrical.

Marketing features:
Dick Adams writes, "My credentials for writing the book are simply put: I do pray, and I think I do so imaginatively. I am a retired intelligence officer, serving in various locations in Asia and Africa, with temporary duty assignments in Europe. Since retirement, I have been active not only in churches but also in prisons and was one of the earliest volunteers with Habitat for Humanity."

Working Title: The Power of God's Word:
The Chamula Story

Content:
The Chamula Indians of Mexico were dying, spiritually and physically. Enslaved by Spanish and marginalized by majority Ladinos, these descendents of ancient Mayans were kept poor, in ill health, and spiritually bound by a traditional cargo system, the practice of witchcraft, and ritualistic abuse of alcohol. In the 1950s, Wycliffe linguists Ken and Elaine Jacobs began translating the Bible. As they read God's Word, many Chamulas embraced Christianity, despite beatings, imprisonment, loss of property, expulsion from tribal lands and death threats. Today, over 40,000 Chamulas believe and many reach back into the tribe to tell their persecutors about the freedom they've found in Jesus. This novel-style narrative features harrowing and heart-warming accounts by eye-witnesses of this dramatic transformation.

Marketing features:
Ken Jacobs is a linguist and eyewitness to this story, plus an excellent story-teller. Co-writer Dave Aeilts has 30 years of writing experience. Potential endorsers: Author Tim LaHaye is personally acquainted with the Chamula story. Leith Anderson is president of the National Association of Evangelicals, author, speaker and pastor of Wooddale Church, Eden Prairie, MN., a supporter of the Jacobs' ministry for 30 years. (Leith is Dave's pastor.) Wycliffe Bible Translators is a potential partner in distributing this book.

Working Title: I Know Jesus, I Recognize Paul, but Who Are You?

Content:
Why were God's chosen identified as mighty people? Only a few possessed such an identity a remnant lived out the elusive power that the majority missed. What are the things that keep saints from being recognized in this way? The kingdom of God is not seen, nor do we comprehend it so as to put into practice the mindset of God. The largest part of the Christian world is beat up and in despair waiting for 'pie in the sky.' This book offers some clear-cut definitions and boundaries that draw them closer to the truth of God with the aim of encouragement.

Working Title: Creation--Seeing It Again

Content:
Subtitled {ITL}A Layman's light-hearted, yet in depth look at Creation answers the question -- Does the Bible really have it right?{NRM}. The writer notes: ". . . we read in Isaiah 40 that {ITL}Jehovah God alone stretches out the heavens.{NRM} Big-stretch, big-fling, or a number of other terms can be offered up instead, but the term Big-Bang, in my opinion is a rather fitting descriptor since God determined the universe's nature and flung it out (rather explosively if you will) as he brought it all into existence." The 24 short chapters cover such topics as Creation, Adam naming the animals, the formation of planets and stars, and attempts to answer questions such as was the sun originally created as eternal? Did decay exist in the universe? Or, did Adam's sin damage the Andromeda Galaxy? Lastly, and since the church is still reeling from the Galileo debacle, this book builds a bridge of healing by offering the right hand of understanding to infighting brethren (those long divided on a number of sticky creation tenets) showing clearly that we are not as far apart as some would have us believe.

Marketing features:
A graduate of Arizona State University, the author is a former educator who has written "stacks of lessons, tests, correspondences, etc.," plus "scores of songs, a number of poems, and a short story." He has been involved in writing dialogues and discussions on this topic. He states that this topic has been a matter of serious personal study for the past 5 years. He believes that readers will be amazed at how much they have overlooked in the Creation Story that they thought they knew so well.

Working Title: God Still Speaks Today: He spoke the Words,
"You Will Not die but Live," and Freed Me from My Chains

Content:
As a young wife, the writer was plagued by fear, largely because of a childhood interrupted by sexual abuse. Shortly after she delivered her own little girl, the fear exploded into panic attacks, and she turned to prescription drugs and alcohol, with consequent deep depression, weight loss to 89 pounds and multiple suicide attempts. In the midst of this crisis, her husband, Bob, became a Christian and made rigid demands that she live for God as he did. She walked out and filed for divorce not once, but four times. She writes, "Near the end of this four-year battle, we were thousands of dollars in debt from hospital bills and attorney fees, our daughter was being torn in two through the custody battles, and the final decree in our last divorce proceeding was only weeks away . . . and then God."

Marketing features:
Bob and Annie Arthur's story is often featured on The 700 Club, and the producer has invited them to return when their book is available. Their story was also featured in a chapter of Pat Robertson's book Miracles Can Be Yours Today. The Arthurs have appeared on television shows such as Set Free, Covenant of Hope, and Brighten Your Day. Bob Arthur earned a BS degree from North Central University and is a licensed minister with the Assembly of God denomination. The Arthurs are currently working on a second book about their lives, titled Now Is the Time.

With all the end time novels, Christians are not focusing on the kingdom that now exists. The writer asserts that dispensationalism robs the Church of her glory. The Bible is great literature. Working Title: A Stranger Every Sunday: My Year of Visiting Churches

Content:
After more than thirty years as a pastor's wife, the author reports, "I found myself 'out of a job' at the end of 2006, when my husband resigned his position as pastor in the Presbyterian Church (USA) and became a Roman Catholic layman. This gave me a great opportunity to visit other churches--lots of them. Attending a different church every Sunday for a year, I went from being a church insider to an outsider--a stranger every Sunday. I attended large services and small (at times I was the only person in the pews). I visited a house church, a house mass, and a church that holds services in a funeral home. I sat in gorgeous cathedrals, stood for three hours in a Russian Orthodox service, and slept on a board in a hermitage at a Franciscan monastery. Each visit caused me to reflect upon my own history as a Lutheran, Congregationalist, charismatic, Jesus people, mainline Presbyterian follower of Christ (yes, it's been quite a ride)."

Marketing features:
Emilie Babcox, PhD, writes for In Trust, a quarterly journal for members of governing boards of theological schools. She was baptized Lutheran, confirmed in a Congregational church, married in an Assemblies of God church, and is the wife of a Presbyterian pastor who converted to Roman Catholicism. Along the way she was a member of one of the nondenominational, charismatic "Jesus People" communities that flourished in the early seventies. She has met many different kinds of church people, and usually likes them all.

Working Title: Preparation for Your Expectation

Content:
How many times have you been told to prepare for the unexpected? But have you ever been asked to prepare for the expected? This work (presented in a blend of inspiration and insight) is an in-depth study of the various stages of spiritual preparation, which precede and facilitate godly expectations. Preparation for Your Expectation is based almost exclusively on the life and writings of the biblical prophet, Jeremiah. It is a guide for personal devotion and study groups. Each chapter progresses successively through the preparatory aspects of: separation, consecration, expectation, revelation, humiliation, communication, temptation, elevation, restoration, and manifestation, concluding with notes from the author and discussion questions. Readers will discover just how close they really are to receiving their grandest expectations.

Working Title: Renewing Your Church Through Healthy Small Groups:
Intentional Relationships for Spiritual Transformation

Content:
What constitutes a healthy small group? In what way does authentic Christian community contribute to spiritual renewal and life-transformation? I have attempted to give voice to what I have learned concerning healthy small group process. This thesis, in the form of a training manual, explores the potential impact of authentic Christian community: the history of small groups within the developing Christian faith, leading with excellence; designing purposeful small groups; ideas for worship; approaching Scripture with integrity; creating effective discussion, and managing issues of conflict. This material is valuable for small group directors, individual leaders, or as an eight week training for potential small group leaders. Paying attention to and implementing these significant areas of small group leadership help create healthy environments where God, in his grace, can change lives and cause renewal in his church. It is for this reason I write this thesis.

Marketing features:
Diana has developed and maintained small group ministries in small and large churches, served as a small group leadership trainer for the Pilgrimage/NavPress Training Group, CO., and presently leads training seminars in the New England area. Diana received a master of theological studies and a doctor of ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She served as director of small group ministries for Vision New England and presently serves as coordinator for spiritual leadership communities and consultant for small group training for Leadership Transformations, Inc. Working Title: Dancing with God

Content:
Dancing with God emphasizes that God seeks intimate, playful relationships with us. Each chapter highlights the parallels between psychological development and spiritual development. Topics include "Dancing with God during Infancy: The Old Testament Era," "Dancing with God during Childhood and Adolescence: The Gospel Era," and "Dancing with God during Adulthood and Beyond: The Post-Pentecost Era." A chapter discussing old age, death, and beyond, considers how one can dance with God across the entire life span. The author then discusses half a dozen different personality styles (gathered from scripture as well as clinical practice) illustrating how the Post-Pentecostal church sparkles with variety. He concludes by sharing how his personal faith in God developed amid his professional/scientific skepticism.

Working Title: The Gentle Savior:
Getting to Know God Through His Son's Interaction with Women

Content:
This 10-week women's Bible study explores the interactions between women and Jesus during his earthly ministry. The focus of this study is squarely on Jesus and what his conversations with women reveal about God Each gospel narrative is touching in itself, as it describes the gentleness of Jesus toward the women he encountered, including an adulteress, a woman married multiple times, and a prostitute. The study guide ends with the "Top Ten Things Jesus Never Said to a Woman." The narratives, taken both individually and together, present a clear message for women today, both in terms of how they perceive God and how they should behave toward other women to imitate Jesus. The format invites lots of Bible riding and reflection on scripture, as well as meaningful self-reflection. Each week's study is divided into guides for five daily study sessions. Some chapters include supplemental material on principles for biblical interpretation.

Marketing features:
The writer has taught Bible classes (for children, teens, and adults) in nondenominational churches almost continuously for 26 years. She has also led several women's study groups and has taught the topic of this book in four different church venues. Working Title: The Man Next Door Wears a Dress
Effective Cross-Cultural Communication

Content:
The writer puts the reader in the shoes of Muslims to let them see through different cultural eyes. We all interpret the scriptures according to our cultural backgrounds - the Muslims interpret the Qur'an in a similar way. Religion has always been intertwined with culture and politics. Using examples from personal experience, he explains how Muslims view western nations and Christianity. Most Christians think it should be obvious to any serious Muslim that Christianity is superior to Islam. Using short stories, he lets the reader see that just as we are often prejudiced against Islam because of what we read, see or hear on the news, they, too, have a distorted view of Christians, often assuming that all Westerners are Christians. This study could be enlightening not only to Christians who are interested in building relationships with Muslims, but any serious Muslim will also find the book interesting, truthful--and not offensive. The writer challenges both groups to think outside their box, to see what separates them and how it could be overcome.

Marketing features:
The writer has lived and worked in Africa and Asia since 1980 and for 16 of these years with Muslims.

Working Title: Do You Swear to Tell the Truth?
A Case for Biblical Evangelism

Content:

Principles are presented to teach and encourage the reader to practice evangelism more closely aligned with the New Testament record. These principles cover the various phases of making disciples, from the initial proclamation of the gospel, to discerning when a disciple is made, to what must take place once disciples are made. This book stresses the importance of lovingly discussing subjects such as the sinfulness of all people, the righteousness of God, and the judgment that is coming. It offers practical instruction and resources to equip Christians for the purposeful work of making disciples.

Working Title: What Are We Waiting For?
Prophecy and the Present Hour

Content:
The author asks the reader if we are spectators sitting in a theater, waiting for God's show to start. It is important to realize that the show has already begun, and we must all decide if we are going to play our role or waste the days and take the chance that we could actually miss the show while waiting for the Rapture and speculating about the future. If we are followers of Jesus, we need to be in the show. The author shows the reader how every future prophecy has a present day application.

Marketing features:

Working Title: Crossed Lives, Crossed Purposes: Thomas Jefferson, William
Wilberforce and the Uneven End of Slavery

Content:
This book examines the lives, leadership, and legacies of two singular leaders of a common era, William Wilberforce and Thomas Jefferson. Both men were to courageously begin their political careers with a proposal to end slavery's horrors and both received a resounding "no" from their elder colleagues. The incredible comparative story of how similarly their lives began and were shaped is matched only by the striking divergence in sustaining their early commitments after defeat. How their leadership and character were shaped over the decades by mentors and colleagues provides important clues to these great differences in their perseverance. Most telling, in contrasting these two great leaders over a lifetime, it will be seen that it was their beliefs, their worldviews, that ultimately shaped their character and their capacity to act courageously resulting in legacies of a peaceful end to slavery in a transformed England and in six hundred thousand deaths in a divided America. It is in the "why" that these stories come alive for today.

Working Title: The Armor of Love

Content:
The writer uses the personal experiences of learned, conditional behavior and compares them with the love principles of God to show that we often don't realize our true identity in Christ. Thus Christians have a poor sense of the love of God as shown in scripture.

Working Title: Transforming Faith From Jesus:
Faith That Sets Me Free

Content:
The manuscript relates the life of Jesus as told in the Gospel stories to everyday felt needs so that those who would follow him can see how his life touches on every human concern and inspires all to walk in the faith Jesus taught his disciples. Jesus challenges the reader to enter into the journey of a lifetime to see how transforming faith from him can change their lives. His life story still reaches out to inspire those who hear his words to enter into a realm of kingdom living we call "Transforming Faith." This faith transforms how we see ourselves and our world so that both are changed by Jesus living in us. As you walk with the disciples through the pages of this book, you too can find a {ITL}Transforming Faith from Jesus{NRM} which will set you free. Each chapter looks at one character from the Gospels and one specific aspect of faith. For example, "Zacchaeus: Moving from Observer to Participant" or "Phillip: Moving from Confusion to Confidence."

Working Title: Beyond the Essentials:
A Passion for the Christ

Content:
Jesus was no angel. He was unpredictable and full of surprises. If we met him today the only thing we could be certain of is he would not be what we expected. He treated the religious elite of Israel like punching bags, bewildered his disciples, delighted the masses and left everyone flat-footed. The humanity of Jesus provides a window into the soul of God that we are able to peer through. This book examines four critical aspects of Jesus' character as defined by: 1) his mission of redemption, 2) his personal human qualities, 3) his spiritual qualities as the Christ and 4) his divine sovereign qualities as the Son of God. The writer asserts, "This is not Jesus-Lite. This is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, larger than life and ready to rumble through tiresome Christian dogma and cliches. Step right up and shake his hand. He will be glad you did and so will you."

Marketing features:

Working Title: The Five Stages of Missions

Content:
The Five Stages of Missions proposes a model capturing the five stages of a successful missionary venture. These are the making of converts, disciples, pastors, leaders and international partners. The book looks at some of the historical factors that have influenced exit strategies in evangelical missions, drawing upon the "three-selfs" model of Anderson and Venn and discussing the Pauline model of missions as proposed by Rolland Allen. The book also considers some of the key hindrances to maturation of a mission field, noting that resistance comes from the national church, the missionaries, and the leadership of the original sending church. Several additional models for successfully exiting a mission field are considered.

Marketing features:
The writer is Africa Director of Global Partners, responsible for ministry in 14 countries. He holds the degree of M.Th. in missions from the University of South Africa. Working Title: Rumors of You:
Confessions of a Hard Year

Content:
Life turned upside down for Kevin and Elisabeth Corcoran one day in August when he came home carrying a pink slip from the middle school where he taught. Two of his students had falsely accused him of touching them inappropriately. He had been placed on administrative leave. The Corcorans' astonishment turned to fear and pain as a Grand Jury was convened and then police took Kevin away in handcuffs. Elisabeth's journal records the nightmare that followed. The questions: Why would God allow false accusations that threatened to destroy a reputation and career? The desperate prayers for help. The words of encouragement from scripture as God reassured them he had not abandoned them. This is a gripping story of the work God does in bringing his children to spiritual maturity through personal calamity. The message is that regardless of the trial and our feelings about it, we can choose to believe that God is with us and gives the strength we need.

Working Title: Dear Nicholas, From Your Mother

Content:
This book is a collection of letters sent to the writer's son, Nicholas, on the occasion of his engagement. Each letter contains one or more short essays on topics that will help to prepare him to become a husband. The essays are arranged in alphabetical order and are somewhat anecdotal, but overall are more theological in tone. The purpose of the letters is to give Nicholas a sound doctrinal basis for marriage as well as to inspire him to be transformed into a spirit-filled man of God, one who will bear God's image in marriage and bring glory to him.

Working Title: Pennies from Heaven
The Intersection of Faith and Economics

Content:
This is a serious examination of economics and faith for the Christian in the modern evangelical and active mainline church. The focus is directed at the questions many believers -- especially those in business and management--have about how their faith plays out in the marketplace. Chapters deal with the why and how of economic activity and the Christian[s place in it, as well as common questions from believers, including tithing, investments, morality, and ethical issues associated with Christianity. The work uses scripture to fully explore the extent of God's presence in economic activity. The impact of economics on societal institutions such as government, schools, and the church is covered as well as the more commonly expected business applications. The providential aspect of economic activity for the world as well as believers, including some less thought of topics such as "financial sin" and "heaven and hell in economic terms," provides some looks at how commonly used financial and economic expressions also have deeply rooted theological meaning.

Marketing features:
Matthew Coleman's 35 years in business management, science and technology, economics, and theology has given him roles as engineer/scientist in industry, a technical editor and publisher, senior management in research and technology, and an intelligence analyst for the United States Navy working on issues of economic stability and government policy. His education includes undergraduate work in English literature and applied physics with advanced degrees in technology management and organizational theory. Previously published works include technical publications on recycling, the economics of plant maintenance, and energy management as well as work in transportation and economics. He has been the startup lay pastor for a targeted audience church and has worked as a worship and music leader for other congregations both in the US and overseas. An ordained elder, Matthew Coleman is a confident public speaker, and has made over 50 major addresses to industry, academic, and religious audiences. Working Title: Led by Love
Giving Your Child a Moral Character

Content:
This evangelistic book begins with secular ideas to show that happy, successful children have good, moral characters cultivated by their parents, using the tools of family unity and parental authority to instill biblical virtues. The writer has devoted four chapters to practical parenting applications of 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ("Love is patient, love is kind. . .") and more than two chapters to correction of behavior that violates the family's ethic. Proper correction is not simply punishment. It restores the child's relationship to the parent and reinforces the moral training of the virtue that was broken. Finally, the gospel is presented through advice for the "It's Not Fair Syndrome." We have taught our children that life is not fair by the grace and mercy of God through the redemptive blood of Jesus Christ. If life was fair and we got what we deserved, then none of us would go to heaven.

Marketing features:
Many of the experiences recorded in this book have come from the writer's experiences as a practicing pediatrician for almost 15 years and the father of three girls. Aside from the ready-made market of thousands of families from his practice, this book was specifically written for a 13-week class in his church that will be offered every third semester. He is currently on disability, which offers some time to submit magazine articles and attend speaking engagements.

Working Title: A Match Made in Heaven:
The True Cinderella Story That's All About The Prince

Content:
"Women, more often than not, take the lead role in the spiritual life of the family, however they are not able to guide their children spiritually because they are struggling with their own faith development" (Barna). But, according to the writer, the deep truths of God's word can be as easy to understand as child's play. Just as Jesus used parables to teach his disciples, this book examines Cinderella by Charles Perrault as a parable using types from the Bible. Though very little is said about the Prince, he is the primary ingredient in every facet of the story. The writer uses the familiar objects in the story to explain salvation by grace alone through the person of the Lord Jesus Christ, the person and the purposes of the Holy Spirit, the purpose of the church, redeeming grace, eternal security and the victorious Christian life.

Marketing features:

Working Title: Gold Under Fire:
The Christian & Adversity

Content:
All Christians experience trials and adversity. Why we do so, how we should respond, and what we should learn are frequently asked questions. There are no pat answers or simple remedies; however, the Word of God provides clear, comforting, and sometimes convicting biblical answers to our questions. Underlying God's gracious response to our suffering is his ultimate purpose. He does not simply answer our questions; he is the answer. At the end of our long and often troubling search we find not ourselves but God. The purpose of Gold Under Fire is to help clarify the map for that journey. Gold Under Fire is divided into three main sections. Section One contains nine chapters on "Why Christians Suffer." Section Two contains twelve chapters on "How to Respond to Adversity." The third section has twelve chapters answering "Practical Questions Related to Trials & Adversity." This book is in its second printing. The latest, through Pleasant Word (a division of WinePress) was published in February 2005.

Working Title: Pastor Abuse

Content:
The manuscript is filled with numerous true stories of ministers who have been cruelly mistreated by their churches. Some 1,600 pastors are leaving the ministry every month -- that's 50 every day calling it quits. Eighty percent of pastors' wives wish their spouse would choose another profession. The average pastoral career lasts only 14 years. What is it about ministry that's causing to many to resign? The writer asserts it's a small hostile group within nearly every church that criticizes and harasses their pastor until he can't take it anymore. This manuscript profiles six different pastor abusers: the Prior Abuser, the Critical Complainer, the Manipulative Flatterer, the Control Freak, the Know-It-All, and the Single-Issue Activist. The root of this behavior is, according to the writers, fear of change, loss of control, unrealistic expectations, leadership jealousy, and opposing visions. The writer asks, "How do these antagonists get into power? Sometimes it's as simple as volunteering for a position that no one else wants. Once this appointee is in the place of prominence, it's almost impossible to unseat him."

Marketing features:
Kent Crockett graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is the author of three published books, including The 911 Handbook, a CBA bestseller in 1998. He's been interviewed 80 times on radio and television and has a website: www.kentcrockett.com. Co-author Mike Johnston graduated from Christian Bible College and is president of the PMI Center for Biblical Studies, a correspondence Bible school to over 4,000 prisoners. He also owns a pastor resource website (www.pastorhelps.com), with over 700 pastors on his mailing list. Kent and Mike were both abused as pastors, which motivated them to write this book.

Working Title: False Divide:
Why an Inerrant Bible and Modern Science

Content:
The conflict between creation and evolution is often viewed as a conflict between Christians and the world, but the debate rages within the Church as well. Many Christians are increasingly polarized over what should be taught in schools, over the nature of Intelligent Design, and over what range of interpretations of Genesis is acceptable for the believer. This work tackles the issue with only two initial assumptions: 1) the Bible does not err, but 2) its interpreters often do. From this starting point, the reader is first taken through an examination of Scripture to see what is actually taught, without regard to any particular scientific challenge. Remarkable similarities between the opening of the Old and New Testament, coupled with lessons learned from historical science-scripture debates, suggest that the best interpretation of Genesis 1 and 2 is as an emphatic statement of God's authorship, but not as a natural history lesson. The book then introduces the reader to the relevant modern scientific theories to determine if there is any inherent conflict. Conflicts not only fail to appear, but in some cases, scientific insights may even help interpret difficult scriptures that have puzzled theologians for millennia. Additional chapters address the strength of scientific theories, their relationship to different philosophies including Intelligent Design, and the strength of arguments levied against modern scientific claims.

Working Title: Possessing the Promised Land

Content:
The work shows the parallel between the children of Israel possessing their Promised Land under the leadership of Joshua and our possessing our Promised Land of full salvation (eternal life, healing, prosperity, victory, protection, provision, deliverance, etc.) under the leadership of our Joshua, Jesus. This is based on a thorough study of the book of Joshua, showing the principles God laid out for the people to follow in order to possess the land he was giving them. The same principles apply to us today. Christians are the children of Abraham by faith and through Jesus are heirs to his covenant with God. They need to know how to claim the blessings promised in that covenant.

Working Title: The Christian and the Spirit Dimension

Content:
Because the Christian is spiritually born again, and has the Spirit of Jesus Christ living in him, he relates to a spirit dimension as well as a physical. Historical and contemporary evidence witnesses to the spirit dimension, as seen in angel visitations, and both mystical and near death experiences. The Bible forbids dabbling in spiritualism and ghosts; such phenomena can be explained in terms of "the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Yet they also are evidence for reality of a spirit dimension. But Christ in us is greater than Satan and evil in the world. In Christ, man has life in the spirit dimension giving him place and significance in God's eternal plan.
